what have I learned through the year- reflection

I have learned that I love to write but I need some practice! I started off the year by not wanting to write that much and it being a struggle to get my ideas going. Though by this time of the year I’ve grown to be comfortable with write, even though I need some work. Over this year I’ve worked on comma usage mainly. In the beginning of the year, I would just stick commas where ever it sounded like a pause would be in a sentence or when I wanted another section of a sentence. now I use them correctly and incorporate periods, colons, and semi colons to keep my sentences grammatically correct. I have also learned to use my resources. I use resources like Grammarly and vocabulary.com that helps make my writing sound better. I did not use these in the start of the year because I was not aware of the sites. Now I can learn from my previous grammar mistake and incorporate larger words into my writing with Grammarly and vocabulary.com.
